I'll have to tell you all a little secret...our family anthem is "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi. Chris introduced Trenton to it about two years ago. We got him a little MP3 player 2 Christmas' ago and we downloaded some songs onto it. They consisted of Bon Jovi, Metallica, Kelly Clarkson, Tim McGraw, and Micheal Jackson, and some others. So yes, they were grown up songs for a four year old, but that is what he loved. So let's just say that Bon Jovi is embedded to his brain and now into Tucker's. Soon I'm sure it will be into Tatums also. So every FHE that is our opening song picked by the boys. So that is why it is now our title of our blog because it is truly our song!

So look at me again. Another month has gone by and I'm now getting around to posting again. So our month in a nut shell...here we go....Chris finished his internship in Chandler, hooray, Tatum turned one, I, Brittany turned 27, Chris started his final internship back in Prescott and we registered Trenton for kindergarten, Potty trained Tucker , and started Tatum on whole milk. (our kids don't seem to do that transition very well at all), WOW! Among all the other things in everyday life, I have felt like this has been a busy month. Next we have Tucker's 3rd birthday this Saturday, the 28Th. Having three birthdays is our family all in March, lets just say that is an expensive month.
It is so exciting to know that we may finally start to think about where to move also. Either to just rent or to buy. That thought of maybe being able to purchase a house seems so unreal. We've shared walls with people our entire marriage of 6 1/2 years that we kind of don't know what to think or where to even start? It will be an interesting journey.
well so that is what our month has been like and we hope everyone else is all doing well too!!!

Been too LONG!
I've decide that I am not a good blogger. I can barely keep up with this. Man I don't know what to do. It seems like when I do get a moment to blog, there are so many other things that need to be done.....laundry, organizing, playin with the kids, reading, spending time with the person I love the most, Chris. It just seems that there is no real great time. But tonight I decided that this is what I was going to do.
So let me tell you what has been going on it out lives. Well we just moved back up to Prescott from Mesa. We spent the month of February while Chris is in his third internship of four. He did the first two weeks of it by himself down there in Mesa and then we joined him for the next 4 weeks and now the last two again by himself. Ryan and Britney were so nice to let him stay with them during this time. For the month we were there with him we rented a condo in Mesa. So we just can't wait until this one internship is over. Life will be better when we can be together again:)
So between back and fourth from Mesa to Prescott life has been great. We are in the home stretch of school and graduation light are in the near future and there are beautiful! We are so excited, but also very nervous. Chris gas been in school since the day we were married 6 1/2 years ago. This is all we know, but we are excited to go to the next step.
So our little girl, Tatum is now crawling so fast she disappears. A few times I've lost her briefly, but found her very fast. She's cruising the furniture and will probable walk here in the next couple months. She is so in love with her daddy too. When he comes home from work there is nothing she won't do to get to him:) She has decided to not ware headbands anymore and I, Brittany thought that I was going to die. I love to put all different kinds on her, but what can you do. At least she won"t pull out the pony tails and pig tails with huge bows, but we'll see how long that will last? I can believe she is going to be one in one week!
Tucker I think finally he might be ready to pottie train. We tried a little while ago and he did it all good for 2 weeks but just couldn't get the whole #2 down. By his 3rd birthday he will be hopefully, which is at the end of March. He is our little fire cracker. He got a bike for Christmas and he is so good on it. He's picked it up so fast that by the summer we think he'll ride it without training wheels. We'll see though. He sure is good at whatever he does.
Trenton is just soaking up life too. He has so many different interests and he is also so good at things. He is a very thoughtful kid and is mindful of others. He is truly a great big brother. Tatum just lights up when he comes in the room. He is excited to start school coming up here in the fall. It will be fun to see where he gets to go since we don't know where in Prescott we'll be living when Chris is finally done with school. I think he is ready though and he is so social.
So we are just so blessed and greatful for our kids. They are the joys of our life!!!

OK. So I haven't added to this blog in a long, long time! Man, sometimes life just gets too busy. Well, so we had Thanksgiving, Chris' 28Th Birthday and Christmas and I'm just now getting around to writing about them.
So Thanksgiving was great. We spent the holiday with Chris' family. His brother and family came down from Logan, Utah and other siblings came up from the Valley. We were all together except for his brother who is on a mission, (he comes home in June or July). Anyways, it was all fun. Of course I did the "Day after Thanksgiving sales". I talked Chris into going with me this year, yeah! It was fun. We got to Kohl's at 4:00 a.m. and then proceeded to Walmart by 5:00 a.m. and then to Target by 6:00 a.m. Almost all of our Christmas shopping was completed in those 3 hours! At least for the kids. I know it's crazy that I love to do this every year, but it really is fun to me. Chris on the other hand would not tell you that he had a good time, but that he went for me. Whatever gets him there is all I care about:)
Then we had Chris'28Th Birthday. With his birthday being so close to Thanksgiving it kind of gets over looked. It wasn't exciting at all and it's partly my fault. Chris told me, like he does every year not to make a big deal, so I didn't. Really he wants me to, but I didn't figure that out until it was too late. So next year it will be better.
We also had the 4TH year mark for the death of Brittany's mom. It was a sad, but good day. We had the boys pick some flowers out and we took them up to the gave. We spent a little time just sitting up there by it and talking about her. Then we went to her favorite restaurant. We think she would have approved of it all. The kids are really starting to understand why she isn't here with us anymore. They know that she is with Heavenly Father and that we will see her again. :)
Then we had Christmas. It was a fun one this year. Trenton is really starting to figure out the real reason that we celebrate this holiday. It's really cute too. If you ask him why we celebrate Christmas he will say, " So we can return to Heavenly Father." Then you ask him why else do we celebrate it, then he'll say "Mom, it's Jesus' birthday, duh!" Anyways it's so much cuter then it sounds. Tucker still it just interested in the gifts that comes with it all. Every time he sees a Christmas tree he says "Christmas!" Again, it sounds cuter then writing it.
So all in all we've had a great holiday season. We loved every ones cards and pictures. Thank you all.

Chris and two of his buddies were drawn for deer this year in the Prescott area. They had an interesting expierence. No deer were taken unfortunatly, but there was an a couple quad accidents, a lot of walking, and some very tired men. The people in the accidents are all ok and will get better thankfully. There is still one week left until the hunt is over so Chris will continue his quest. We will hope to report to you all of some success.
Well the kids have the costums for Halloween. Trenton is now old enough to care about what he is for Halloween. So this year he is going to be the Trasformer, Bumble Bee. I still get to choose for the other two so Tucker is going to be a monkey and Tatum a bannanna. We'll take them to our trunk n' treat and maybe trick or treating around the neighborhood. I can't wait to take pictures!!!

Tatum Kimber Legler was blessed on May 4, 2008. We had our family there along with friends. After the meeting we enjoyed a lunch at Foxglenn Park while we all visited and the kids played. What I loved is that she was blessed in my sisters blessing dress that my mom had. I felt like my mom would have approved for sure. :)

Our little 5 year old
I still am having a hard time knowing that my first little boy is already 5. I can't believe it, but then again I should because Chris and I celebrated our 6Th wedding anniversary is August. It's weird to think that we have 3 kids. It wasn't so long ago that it was just us and we were dating. Time really passes fast when you think about it. We can't wait for Chris to be done with school and to get our family in the next stage, but it will be so different. We are so use to how things are that I hope we will adjust to it. I look forward to it. This is just a thought that I am sharing out loud that has been going through my head since we started internships.
So I hope everyone VOTED today. We did. It will be an interesting next few days to see all the outcomes of everything!
